Materials:
- Fingering weight yarn in white and red.
- Crochet hook size 3.00 mm (1).
- A piece of ribbon.
Used stitches and abbreviations:
ch: chain st: stitch sc: single crochet dc: double crochet sl st: slip stitch dc2tog: double crochet two together decrease PATTERN
Rnd 1: ch 3 (count as a dc), work 5 dc into the ring. Close the ring. Join to the 3rd ch of the 1st dc with a sl st.
Rnd 2: Change to color red. Ch 3, work 1 dc in each st around. Join whit a sl st.
Rnd 3: Ch 3 (count as a dc), make a dc in the same 1st st. Work 2 dc’s in each st around. Join with a sl st.
Rnd 4: Ch 3 (count as a dc), work 1 dc in each st around. Join whit a sl st.
Rnd 5: Ch 3 (count as a dc), (2 dc in the next st, 1 dc in the next st) repeat () till end. Join with a sl st.
Rnd 6: Repeat round 4.
Rnd 7: Repeat round 5.
Rnd 8: Repeat round 4.
Rnd 9: Change to color white. Ch 3 (count as a dc). In this row work in the front loop only, 1 dc in each one of the next 3 st’s, dc2tog. (1 dc in each one of the next 4 st’s, dc2tog) repeat () twice. 1 dc in ech one of the next 3 st’s. Join with a sl st.
Now finish off, turn the white part inside out and you're done!
To hang it cut a piece of ribbon and place it between the dc's in the row that you prefer like is shown in the pictures:
Rnd 3: Ch 3 (count as a dc), make a dc in the same 1st st. Work 2 dc’s in each st around. Join with a sl st.
Rnd 4: Ch 3 (count as a dc), work 1 dc in each st around. Join whit a sl st.
